Where are Dolphin Suites and Raintree Suites?
Both are in Cruz Bay, the main town on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Dolphin Suites is at 18-27 Estate Enighed, above Dolphin Market. The ferry dock is about a 5-minute walk, the beach about 3 minutes, and restaurants 2 to 5 minutes. Raintree Suites is also in Cruz Bay, about a 5-minute walk from the ferry dock and the beach.
How do I get to Cruz Bay from the St. Thomas airport?
Take a taxi from St. Thomas airport (STT) to a ferry dock, then a passenger ferry to Cruz Bay. Most guests use Red Hook: a 30 to 40 minute taxi ride, then a 15 to 20 minute ferry that leaves about every hour. Crown Bay is 5 minutes from the airport but has a limited ferry schedule. Allow about an hour in total.
What is included in every suite?
Every suite has one bedroom and one bathroom, a full kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a balcony and fresh linens.
How many guests can a suite sleep?
At Dolphin Suites, units 1, 2, 3 and 8 sleep 2 guests. Units 4, 5, 6 and 7 sleep up to 4, with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa. Raintree Suites sleeps 2.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
At Dolphin Suites, check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. At Raintree Suites, check-in is at 3 pm.
Are pets allowed, and is there a minimum age?
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside. Guests must be 21 or older to book.
